FLAPPY FISH PRIVACY POLICY

By continuing to access and/or use Flappy Fish following any update to this Flappy Fish PRIVACY POLICY, you are indicating that you have read and agree to its updated terms and conditions.

 

This FLAPPY FISH privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs your use of the Flappy Fish mobile app (the “Application” or “Flappy Fish”) and is designed to provide you with clarity about Tweaks’  ("Tweaks", “we” or “us”) practices with respect to the information we access, collect and/or share in connection with your download and/or use of Flappy Fish and how we use it, so that you can make an informed decision about whether to use or not to use Flappy Fish . If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy in its entirety, you may not download and/or use Flappy Fish. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Flappy Fish Terms of Service (“TOS”). Your use of Flappy Fish and any information you provide in connection with your use of Flappy Fish is subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the TOS.

 

1.   Access, Collection, And Use of Information

We do not collect, transmit or disclose any information that would identify you personally, such as: your name, e-mail address, mobile phone number, etc. (“Personal Information”). 

 

When you access Flappy Fish, we may have collect and use your IP Address, Android advertising identifier and other statistical and technical information, such as the version of your operating system, your device code name, your current network connectivity status, and your device manufacturer, in an aggregate anonymous manner. If you send an email to our support center, we store your email in our database.

 

In addition, we may use all such information to improve the quality of Flappy Fish and/or to add new features, functionality, and/or services to it.

 

2.   Sharing And Disclosure Of Information.

We do not rent, sell, or share your information with any third-parties for their commercial or marketing use without your consent. We may share and disclose Personal Information and/or non-personally-identifiable information if required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with the law, or respond to a court order, subpoena, or where in our reasonable belief, or to protect the rights, or personal safety of our users or others. We also reserve the right to disclose Personal Information and/or non-personally-identifiable information that we believe is appropriate or necessary to enforce our terms of service, to investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, or to assist government enforcement agencies.

 

We may share your Personal Information with third party service providers to the extent that it is reasonably necessary to perform, improve, maintain or support Flappy Fish. We will always require these third parties to take appropriate measures to protect your Personal Information and to adhere to all applicable legislation. We currently use the AppsFlyer Software Development Kit for tracking, measurement and intelligence purposes. If we use additional third party service providers in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to include the description of their services and any additional pertinent information on them. We will not share your Personal Information other than as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

 

3.   Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of young children is important to us, and as a rule, we encourage parents to be involved in the mobile activities of their children to ensure that no information is collected from a child without parental permission. For that reason, we do not knowingly collect or maintain Personal Information or non-personally-identifiable information from persons under 13 years of age that use Flappy Fish, and no part of Flappy Fish is directed to or intended to be used by persons under the age of 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use Flappy Fish at any time or in any manner.

 

4.   Advertisements; Third Party Content

Flappy Fish includes advertisements that may be provided by third parties (“Third Party Content”) or by us. We will always require these third parties to take appropriate measures to protect your information and to adhere to all applicable legislation. This Privacy Policy only applies to advertisements and/or content provided by us and does not apply to any Third Party Content and/or to any information collected by the providers of Third Party Content. Such Third Party Content providers have their own privacy policies and we advise you to read them carefully. You acknowledge and agree that we shall have no liability whatsoever with respect to such Third Party Content and your usage of it is made at your own risk.

If we use additional Third Party Content  in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to include the description of their services and any additional pertinent information on them.

 

5.   Change or Removal of Information

We understand that there may come a time that you may want to discontinue your use of Flappy Fish. Therefore, if you wish that we will delete any email correspondence between you and us with respect to Flappy Fish, please send us an email to support@flappyfish.com and we will remove your information from our servers and deactivate your account within 30 days.

 

6.   Corporate Transitions; Disclosure according to law

In the event that we undergo any business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets (“Corporate Action”), we reserve the right to transfer or assign the information we have collected from you and other users of Flappy Fish. As part of a Corporate Action the new entity will be required to commit to the same level of protection of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. We will post a notice on Flappy Fish of any such change in ownership or control of your information. Please note that if we go through bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or any similar transaction, we may not be able to control how your information is treated, transferred, or used.

 

We may also share and disclose your information if we are required to do so in accordance with applicable law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with applicable law, or respond to a Court order, subpoena, or where in our reasonable belief, or to protect the rights, or personal safety of our users or others.

 

7.   Updates

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time, with or without notice to you. If we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised Privacy Policy on Flappy Fish, and will update the “Effective Date” above, and if the update is material, we will ask for your consent to it. You agree to review this Privacy Policy periodically so that you are aware of any updates. Your continued use of Flappy Fish following an update to this Privacy Policy indicates your consent to any changes and signifies your agreement to the terms of our updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any update or modification, you should uninstall Flappy Fish.
